The agreement for buying and displaying an Atlasbid placement.
Effective August 25, 2026Eligibility
You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding agreement. If you buy for a company or another person, you confirm that you have authority to bind them and promote the submitted destination.
The service
Atlasbid sells one global, one-time digital advertising placement. A reign is not ownership of Earth, sponsorship, or any legal interest in a geographic territory. Placement begins only after a signature-verified Stripe webhook confirms the valid payment and remains until the next successful takeover or removal under the Rules.
Payments and results
The takeover price is the current ruler's winning price plus $1 USD and is recalculated by Atlasbid's server. Checkout does not reserve the position. The previous ruler has no right to the challenger's payment. Atlasbid does not promise any minimum display duration, visitors, clicks, customers, sales, search ranking, or other result. Refunds are governed by the Refund Policy.
Your submission
You keep ownership of your name, colour choice, and other submitted material. You grant Atlasbid a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and format that material for operating and promoting the service while your listing is part of the board or its historical record.
Availability and liability
The service is provided as available and may be interrupted or changed for maintenance, security, legal, or operational reasons. To the extent permitted by law, Atlasbid's liability arising from a purchase is limited to the amount paid for that purchase. Rights that cannot legally be limited remain unaffected.
Changes
