Refunds
When a one-time Atlasbid placement is and is not refundable.

Atlasbid refunds a duplicate charge, a payment that never produces a placement because of an Atlasbid error, or a compliant listing removed by Atlasbid in error. When simultaneous checkouts race and a higher payment lands first, the non-winning payment is automatically refunded.
Not refundable
A payment is not refundable merely because the placement was later outbid, received few or no clicks, produced no business result, used an incorrect buyer-supplied name or URL, or was removed for violating the Rules.
Requesting help
Email zenithslabs@gmail.com with the Stripe receipt email, continent, listing name, and a description of the problem. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method; the card issuer controls when the credit appears.
